利用PERKIN-ELMER PHI 595型俄歇谱仪研究了新型含铌铁基高温合金GH871的晶界上各元素的含量。结果表明:Pb含量在5×10-6时其晶界偏聚比达到1 200~1 700左右,当Pb含量在2×10-6时其晶界偏聚比减少到500。另外合金中的Ce、P、S、B、C也存在着一定程度的晶界偏聚。

The element content at grain boundary of advanced Fe\|based superalloy GH871 containing Nb has been studied by Perkin\|Elmer PHI 595 Auger spectrometer. The results indicated that as Pb content in alloy was 5 ppm, the segregation ratio of Pb at grain boundary was about 1200~1700, and as Pb content was 2 ppm the segregation ratio decreased to 500. And the segregation of Ce、P、S、B and C in alloy also existed at grain boundary.
