Personalized education, as an advanced notion, is widely applied in teaching and is of much significance to the training of new talents. This paper introduces the notion into college student work, naming it personalized counseling. Based on practical experience, the article gives an in-depth look into the essence of personalized counseling, its applying principles and its significance in hopes of of-fering some theoretical basis for college student management.
