目的 探讨三水白虎汤对胶原诱导性关节炎模型关节滑膜组织中TNF-α、MMP-1、MMP-3 mR-NA表达的影响.方法 胶原诱导性关节炎模型鼠33只随机分为3组,分别给予生理盐水、三水白虎汤水煎剂、来氟米特灌胃治疗.灌胃30天后处死大鼠,用原位杂交的方法 探测关节局部组织中MMP-1、MMP-3 mRaqA的表达;用ELISA法检测血清TNF-α含量.结果 三水白虎汤组、来氟米特组血清TNF-α的含量显著低于对照组(P<0.05).SSBH组MMP-1、MMP-3mRNA的表达强度和面积均显著低于对照组(P<0.05).结论 三水白虎汤对胶原诱导性关节炎组织中TNF-α、MMP-1、MMP-3 mRNA的表达有一定的抑制作用.

목적 탐토삼수백호탕대효원유도성관절염모형관절활막조직중TNF-α、MMP-1、MMP-3 mR-NA표체적영향.방법 효원유도성관절염모형서33지수궤분위3조,분별급여생리염수、삼수백호탕수전제、래불미특관위치료.관위30천후처사대서,용원위잡교적방법 탐측관절국부조직중MMP-1、MMP-3 mRaqA적표체;용ELISA법검측혈청TNF-α함량.결과 삼수백호탕조、래불미특조혈청TNF-α적함량현저저우대조조(P<0.05).SSBH조MMP-1、MMP-3mRNA적표체강도화면적균현저저우대조조(P<0.05).결론 삼수백호탕대효원유도성관절염조직중TNF-α、MMP-1、MMP-3 mRNA적표체유일정적억제작용.
[Objective] To discuss the effects of San Shui Bai Hu decoction(SSBH) on the expression of TNF-α, MMP-1 and MMP-3 in collagen-induced arthritis (CIA). [Method] 33 CIA rats were randomly processed in 3 groups. SSBH, leflunomide and sodium chloride were intragastrically administered respectively. After 30 days' treatment, the rats were sacrificed. In situ hybridization was performed on joint tissue sections to observe the expres- sion of MMP-1 and MMP-3. Enzyme linked immunosorbent assay was performed to detect the serum amount of TNF-α. [Result] In SSBH group and LEF group,the serum amount of TNF-α was significantly lower compared with control (P<0.05). In SSBH group, the mean stained area and the staining intensity for MMP-1 and MMP-3 were sig- nificandy weaker than control group (P<0.05). [Conclusion] SSBH exerts an inhibiting effect on the expression of TNF-α, MMP-1 and MMP-3 in synovioblasts of CIA.
