对四象限光电探测器定位误差进行了分析,提出了光斑中心与四象限光电探测器中心对准的方法,通过实验得出了光斑偏移量和输出电压在小范围内为线性关系的结论,并通过理论计算得到了证实.修正关系曲线后得到了理想条件下的偏移量与输出电压的关系,为改善四象限定位系统以消除各项误差的影响,提高系统定位精度提供了一种方法.

The position error of four quadrant detector is analyzed. A new method for the center alignment of four quadrant detector and spot is put forward. The linear relationship between spot offset and the output voltage in a small area is obtained. The conclusions of the correctness is confirmed by the theoretical calculations, and by modifing relation curve, the relationship between the offset and the output voltage in the ideal conditions is described ,a kind of method for improving the four-quadrant positioning system to eliminate the impact of the errors is provided ,and the system of positioning accuracy is improved.
