[目的] 以菜籽油作为原料,在常压下水解制备脂肪酸.[方法] 研究在常压下温度(95±5)℃水解菜籽油制备脂肪酸,讨论油水比、催化剂(浓硫酸)、乳化剂(十二烷基苯磺酸钠)用量和时间对菜籽油水解反应的影响.[结果] 得出最佳反应条件为:乳化剂用量4%(W/W),催化剂量15%(W/W),油水比1∶ 2,水解时间17 h.在该条件下,水解产物的酸值达180.3 mg/g.[结论]利用菜籽油在常压下进行水解反应,能制备出工业上常用的脂肪酸,而且转化率可达93.8%.
[目的] 以菜籽油作為原料,在常壓下水解製備脂肪痠.[方法] 研究在常壓下溫度(95±5)℃水解菜籽油製備脂肪痠,討論油水比、催化劑(濃硫痠)、乳化劑(十二烷基苯磺痠鈉)用量和時間對菜籽油水解反應的影響.[結果] 得齣最佳反應條件為:乳化劑用量4%(W/W),催化劑量15%(W/W),油水比1∶ 2,水解時間17 h.在該條件下,水解產物的痠值達180.3 mg/g.[結論]利用菜籽油在常壓下進行水解反應,能製備齣工業上常用的脂肪痠,而且轉化率可達93.8%.
[목적] 이채자유작위원료,재상압하수해제비지방산.[방법] 연구재상압하온도(95±5)℃수해채자유제비지방산,토론유수비、최화제(농류산)、유화제(십이완기분광산납)용량화시간대채자유수해반응적영향.[결과] 득출최가반응조건위:유화제용량4%(W/W),최화제량15%(W/W),유수비1∶ 2,수해시간17 h.재해조건하,수해산물적산치체180.3 mg/g.[결론]이용채자유재상압하진행수해반응,능제비출공업상상용적지방산,이차전화솔가체93.8%.
[Objective] The research aimed to take the rapeseed oil as raw material for hydrolysis preparation of fatty acid atmospheric pressure.[Method] Fatty acid was produced by hydrolysis of rapeseed oil under normal pressure at the temperature of (95±5)℃.Effects of ratio of oil to water, amount of catalyst and emulsification and time on reaction were studied.[Result] The optimal parameter was as follows: amount of emulsification 4%(W/W), amount of catalyst 15%(W/W), weight ratio of oil to water 1∶ 2, hydrolysis time 17 h.Under the conditions, the acid value of hydrolyzed Jatropha curcas oil reached 180.3 mg/g.[Conclusion] The fatty acids which were commonly used in industry could be produced under atmospheric pressure by hydrolyzing the rapeseed oil.And the conversion rate could reach 93.8%.
