Cr12MoV模具钢是目前普遍应用的织针模具材料.在冲裁过程中,由Cr12MoV钢制造的模具刃磨寿命低,影响织针的尺寸精度、尺寸一致性以及织针生产成本,相比Cr12MoV模具钢,W9M03Cr4V钢热处理后具有更高的硬度和耐磨性,同时具有高热硬性、高淬透性、足够的塑性和韧性.对Cr12MoV钢和W9Mo3CMV钢织针模具的磨损量和刃磨寿命进行研究结果表明,W9Mo3Cr4V钢模具比Cr12MoV钢模具的正常磨损阶段更长,模具的平均刃磨寿命可延长40%,具有明显的优越性.

In the textile needle industry,Cr12MoV steel is the most popular mould material.The service life of needle mould depends on the process of abrasion,and lower service life of needle results in lower properties in dimension precision and consistency of needles.Compared with Cr12MoV,W9Mo3Cr4V steel has higher rigidity and anti-wearness after heat treatment.In order to improve the life-span of needle mould,the abrasion quantity and service life of mould steel Cr12MoV and W9Mo3Cr4V are studied.The results show that W9Mo3Cr4V steel can improve the service life of mould and the quality of needles more effectively.
