与其它微区电化学技术不同，扫描振荡电极测定电流密度（SVET）技术可以检测金属电化学腐蚀反应发生过程中离子流动产生的电流密度，可以对腐蚀反应的性质（阴极或阳极反应）及腐蚀反应强度进行直观而精确的表征。通过采用扫描振荡电极测定电流密度并结合材料分析技术对模拟氯盐介质浸泡的地下石油管道直缝焊缝接头表面在电化学腐蚀过程中的局部腐蚀行为和机理进行了试验研究，分析得出了焊缝、热影响区和母材腐蚀反应强度梯度分布以及相应部位产生局部腐蚀的原因，为氯盐化学品环境中钢铁材料的选择、腐蚀防护及失效分析提供借鉴和依据。

The difference of scanning vibrating electrode study （SVET） from other electrochemical technologies is that SVET can test the current density produced in ion flow in electrochemical corrosion reaction and directly characterize the corrosion reaction nature （cathode or anode reaction ） and corrosion reaction intensity. The local corrosion behavior and corrosion mechanisms in electrochemical corrosion of pipeline weld joint surfaces immersed in chloride salt media in a simulation test are studied with SVET and material analysis technique. The distribution of the intensity of the corrosion reaction of the welds, heat affected zone and base metal and the causes of localized corrosion are analyzed, which provides a good reference and basis for the selection of steel materials for the chloride salt environment, corrosion protection and failure analysis.
