This paper introduces a design and implementation of table high-speed refrigerated centrifuge system based on C8051F. The system uses C8051F020 single chip as the core, designs speed monitoring and control circuit, temperature measurement and control circuit, rotor identification circuit, operation circuit, display circuit and the software control program. C8051F020 is rich in resources, greatly simplifying the external circuit, reducing development costs. Passing the simulation debugging and testing in a centrifuge company proves that modular designcan increase the overall stability of the centrifuge, the various measured parameters are accurat, the control process is reliable. Using the reflected light coding technology to identify rotors automatically, which simplifies the operation and ensures higher security.
