研究表明卵泡刺激素(FSH)在卵巢癌的发生发展中通过影响缺氧诱导因子-1(HIF-1)、血管内皮生长因子(VEGF)等因子的水平对血管生成起重要的调节作用。新近研究提示FSH-FSH受体(FSHR)可能参与了肺癌等性腺外实体瘤的血管生成过程。FSH与肿瘤血管生成密切相关,可能成为抗肿瘤血管生成的新靶点。
研究錶明卵泡刺激素(FSH)在卵巢癌的髮生髮展中通過影響缺氧誘導因子-1(HIF-1)、血管內皮生長因子(VEGF)等因子的水平對血管生成起重要的調節作用。新近研究提示FSH-FSH受體(FSHR)可能參與瞭肺癌等性腺外實體瘤的血管生成過程。FSH與腫瘤血管生成密切相關,可能成為抗腫瘤血管生成的新靶點。

Recent researches show that follicle stimulating hormone (FSH) plays an important regulatory role in the angiogenesis of ovarian cancer by influencing the level of some factors such as hypoxia induce factor-1 ( HIF-1 ) ,vascular endothelial growth factor (VEGF). Meanwhile, recent studies report that FSH and FSH receptor(FSHR) may also participate in the angiogenesis of other solid tumors like lung cancer. FSH is closely related to the tumor angiogenesis, which provides a novel therapeutic target for anti-angiogenesis thera-py.
