目的 通过测量80例老年脑梗死患者的踝肱指数(ankle-brachial index ABI),定量评估踝肱指数对老年脑梗死的预测价值.方法 选取脑梗死患者共80例,正常对照组80例.采用Imex Nicolet Elite 100型便携式多普勒超声检测仪,测量病例组及对照组的ABI,分析ABI与脑梗死的相关性.结果 80例脑梗死患者的ABI为0.92±0.07;对照组的ABI为1.10±0.06,两组之间存在显著差异(P<0.01).脑梗死组ABI<0.90的占51%,对照组的ABI<0.90的占4%,两组之间也存在显著差异(P<0.01).结论 踝肱指数(ABI)对老年脑梗死有预测价值,踝肱指数(ABI)小于0.90应高度警惕脑梗死的发生,并进行早期规范的干预治疗,降低脑梗死的发生率.

Objective We measured the ankle-brachial index(ABI) of the cerebral infarction patients,and evaluated the value of the ABI to predict cerebral infarction. Methods ABI was measured in 80 cerebral infarction patients, and 80 normal controls using a Doppler device. The influence of ABI in cerebral infarction was evaluated. Results There were statistical differences in ABI between cerebral infarction ( ABI = 0. 92 ±0.07) ,and normal control(1.10 ±0.06) ,There was a significant difference between the ABI of two groups(P<0.01). There were 51% cerebral infarction patient's ABI <0.90,and only 4% in normal control There was also a significant difference between the two groups by X2 test (P < 0.01 ). Conclusion ABI can predict cerebral infarction. When ABI <0.90,the risk of cerebral infarction is high and it is necessary to take measures to prevent the stroke.
