目的:对重楼属(Paris)植物云南重楼(Paris polyphylla Smith var. yunnanensis)的甾体皂苷类成分进行研究.方法:采用大孔树脂,硅胶柱色谱,Sephadex LH-20及RP-C18等技术分离纯化单体化合物,根据理化性质、波谱数据鉴定其结构.结果:从云南重楼乙醇提取物中分离并鉴定了9个甾体皂苷类化合物:(23S,25S)-3β,23,27-trihydroxyspirost-5-en-3-O-β-D-glucopyranosyl-(1→6)-β-D-glucopyranoside(1)、重楼皂苷Ⅰ(2)、重楼皂苷Ⅱ(3)、(25R)diosgenin-3-O-β-D-glucopyranoside(4),(25R) diosgenin-3-O-α-L-arabinofuranosyl(1→4)-β-D-glucopyranoside (5),(25R)diosgenin-3-O-α-L-rhamnopyranosyl(1→2)-β-D-glucopyranoside(6),(25R) diosgenin-3-O-β-D-glucopyranosyl (1→3) [α-L-rhamnopyranosyl (1→2)]-β-D-glucopyranoside (7),(25R) pennogenin-3-O-α-L -arabinofuranosyl (1→4) [α-L-rhamnopyranosyl (1→2)-β-D-glucopyranoside (8),(25R) pennogenin-3-O-α-L-rhamnopyranosyl (1→4)-α-L-rhamnopyranosyl (1→4)-[α-L-rhamnopyranosyl(1→2)]-β-D-glucopyranoside(9).结论:化合物1为新化合物.
