目的 探讨促进护理人员主动上报护理错误事件的培训方法 及对护理差错、事故发生率的影响.方法 将70个护理单元随机分成实验组和对照组各35人,实验组每病区选派1名护士组成培训小组,通过三段式培训,即相关理论知识讲授、分组讨论和分析、专职教师指导下的情景演练进行培训,对照组未做特殊干预处理.采用配对t检验比较2组护士分享错误文化理论知识、主动呈报护理错误事件的态度和意愿,并与未开展此项培训前护理差错事故发生率进行比较.结果 实验组护士分享错误文化理论知识、主动呈报护理错误事件的态度及意愿与对照组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.01). 结论 此培训方法 可改善护理人员主动呈报护理错误的态度,提高其主动上报错误的意愿,降低护理差错事故的发生率.

Objective To discuss the training method to promote nursing error reporting initiative and investigate its effects on nursing error and accident incidence.Methods Totally 70 nursing units in our hospital were divided into the test group and the control group with 35 units in each group.One nurse was selected from each unit in the test group to composite the training group and received tripartite training,which included the relevant theoretical knowledge lectures,group discussions and analysis,training scenarios under the guidance of professional teachers.The control group received no special training.Before and after the training,the nulpses'attitude of the erroneous theory of cultural knowledge sharing.nursing error reporting initiative.and its effects on nursing error and accident rate were investigated and compared in the two groups by paired t test.Results After the training,the nurses'sharing the erroneous theory of cultural knowledge and attitude and willingness to report nursing error were statistically different(P<0.01).Conclusions The training method Can improve initiative and willingness of nursing error reporting,decrease nursing error and accident incidence.
