目的 对临床护理见习教学方法进行探讨,为提高临床护理见习教学质量提供参考意见.方法 选取2006级护理本科生182名,随机分成两组,对实验组见习进行Seminar教学法干预,见习后对两组分别采用护理表现六维量表进行调查,同时对期末考试成绩进行分析比较.结果 实验组学生的单科病例分析成绩、总成绩及护理专业表现方面与对照组学生比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05).结论 新的见习教学方法能够提高护生的临床护理、人际沟通、计划与评估等能力,值得推广.

Objective To discuss teaching method on nursing clinical application, and provide the advisory opinion on improving teaching quality of nursing clinical application. Methods 182 nursing undergraduate students are divided into two groups; subjects in experimental group were treated with seminar teaching method intervention. The data in the two groups were investigated by Six-D after application,meanwhile terminal examinations results were analyzed. Results Case analyzes results, overall results and nursing specialized performance were improved in the experimental group, compared with control group (P <0. 05). Conclusions The new teaching method can enhance clinical abilities, interpersonal communication plan and appraisal and so on, so it is worth application widely.
