目的 探讨利用性格色彩分类方法对2型糖尿病患者进行健康教育的效果.方法 对在我院内分泌科住院的2型糖尿病患者中选出128例,采用随机数字法将入选对象分为实验组和对照组,每组64例.实验组根据性格色彩分类方法分为红组、蓝组、黄组、绿组,并根据患者的性格色彩的不同制定不同的教材,进行健康教育.对照组采用传统的健康教育方式.两组均通过健康教育讲座、出院随访、联谊会,发放书面教育材料等方式实施为期3个月的干预,干预形式、干预时间、干预频率相同,以空腹血糖、餐后2 h血糖、糖化血红蛋白、甘油三脂、总胆固醇、体重指数、腰围和血压等为评价指标,于干预3个月后进行效果评价.结果 两组空腹血糖、餐后2 h血糖、糖化血红蛋白、甘油三酯、总胆固醇的水平及人体测量学指标经统计学分析差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05或P<0.01).结论 用FPA性格色彩分类后对2型糖尿病患者有针对性的进行糖尿病健康教育,其效果优于传统的教育方法,值得推广.

Objective To explore the effect of health education with FPA character color classification in patients with type 2 diabetes. Methods 128 cases with type 2 diabetes were randomly divided into experimental group and control group, 64 cases in each group. The experimental group was divided into red team,blue team, yellow team and green team according to FPA character color classification, made individual materials for different team and carry out health education. The control group took the traditional methods of health education. Two groups of health education lasted for 3 months through lectures, discharged follow-up,friendship association, offering written educational materials with the same intervention form, intervention time and intervention frequency, to test fasting blood glucose, postprandial 2 h glucose, glycosylated hemoglobin,triglyceride, total cholesterol, body mass index, waist circumference and blood pressure and other indicators for the evaluation after 3 months' intervention. Results The differences of two groups of fasting blood glucose, 2h postprandial blood glucose, glycosylated hemoglobin, triglyceride, total cholesterol levels and the anthropometry indicators were statistically significant by statistical analysis ( P < 0.05 or P < 0.01 ). Conclusions The effect of targeted health education made by FPA character color classification for type 2 diabetes is superior to traditional teaching methods, which is worth popularizing.
