目的探讨胃炎饮治疗胆汁反流性胃炎的药效学机理.方法 48只小鼠随机分为正常对照组、胃炎饮高剂量组、胃炎饮低剂量组、吗丁啉组四组,采用甲基橙溶液灌胃法观察胃炎饮对小鼠胃排空的影响;采用炭末液灌胃法观察胃炎饮对小鼠小肠推进的影响;采用醋酸致痛法观察胃炎饮对小鼠腹痛的影响.结果与正常对照组比较,各治疗组甲基橙残留率明显下降(P<0.01),小肠推进率明显提高(P<0.05或P<0.01):小鼠扭体次数明显降低(P<0.05或P<0.01);胃炎饮高剂量组小肠推进率高于吗叮啉组(P<0.05),扭体次数少于吗丁啉组(P<0.05).结论胃炎饮具有显著的促进胃排空、提高肠蠕动、抑制腹痛的作用.
목적 탐토위염음치료담즙반류성위염적약효학궤리.방법 48지소서수궤분위정상대조조、위염음고제량조、위염음저제량조、마정람조사조,채용갑기등용액관위법관찰위염음대소서위배공적영향;채용탄말액관위법관찰위염음대소서소장추진적영향;채용작산치통법관찰위염음대소서복통적영향.결과 여정상대조조비교,각치료조갑기등잔류솔명현하강(P<0.01),소장추진솔명현제고(P<0.05혹P<0.01):소서뉴체차수명현강저(P<0.05혹P<0.01);위염음고제량조소장추진솔고우마정람조(P<0.05),뉴체차수소우마정람조(P<0.05).결론 위염음구유현저적촉진위배공、제고장연동、억제복통적작용.
Objective To study the Pharmacodynamics mechanism of Weiyanyin. Methods 48 mice were devided into 4 groups ,that is, normalcontrol group, Wciyanyin high dose group, Wciyanyin low dose group, and Domperidone group.The effect of Weiyanyin on gastric emptying were observed by the helianthin method of administration by gavage; The effect of Weiyanyin on intestina parva enterokinesia were observed by the method of Carbo Medicinalis; the stomachache were observed by the method of acetic acid. Results Compared with model group, the rate of helianthin remain were decreased (P<0.01) , the rate of intestina parva facilitate were increased (P<0.05 or P<0.01), and the frequency of writhing were decreased (P <0.05 or P<0.01); Compared with control group, the rate of intestina parva facilitate were increased, and the fiequency of writhing were decreased (P <0.05) .Conclusion Weiyanyin could improve gastric emptying and enterokinesia, restrain stomachache.
