为了明确柳枝稷对盐渍化边际土地的适应性,采用再裂区试验设计,分别以北京潮褐土和兰州灰钙土为土壤基质,用盆栽土培法研究了土壤盐分类型、盐分浓度和土壤含水量对营养生长期柳枝稷(Panicum virgatum L. cv. Alamo)生长特性的影响.结果表明:柳枝稷生长对于土壤盐渍化的响应方式受盐分类型、盐分浓度、土壤含水量和土壤类型等多种因素影响.对于以北京潮褐土,柳枝稷对不同盐分类型的适应能力由强到弱依次为:重碳酸盐>硫酸盐>氯盐;对于以兰州灰钙土,由强到弱依次为:硫酸盐>重碳酸盐>氯盐.以柳枝稷生物量为衡量指标,各盐分类型的适宜浓度范围分别为重碳酸盐≤0.4%,硫酸盐≤0.6%,氯化盐≤0.2%.

In order to provide information on the adaptivity of switchgrass to marginal lands with saline soils,the effect of soil saline type (NaHCO_3,Na_2SO_4,and NaCl),saline concentration (0.2%,0.4%,0.6%,and 0.8%),and soil relative water content (RWC: 80%,60%,and 40%) on the growth characteristics of switchgrass (Panicum virgatum L. cv. Alamo) at the vegetative stage on two soil matrixes (meadow cinnamon soil from Beijing and sierozem soil from Lanzhou) were studied by split-split experimental design using potted culture method under greenhouse conditions. The results show that the growth response of switchgrass to soil salinity was affected by soil saline type,saline concentration,soil water content,and soil type,etc. The adaptability sequences of switchgrass to soil salinity from strong to weak were NaHCO_3>Na_2SO_4>NaCl for the meadow cinnamon soil from Beijing and Na_2SO_4>NaHCO_3>NaCl for the sierozem soil from Lanzhou,respectively. Taking biomass as the evaluation criterion,the favorable soil saline concentrations for switchgrass growth at vegetative stage were NaHCO_3≤0.4%,Na_2SO_4≤0.6%,and NaCl≤0.2%,respectively.
