模拟卷烟纸及卷烟纸助剂燃烧、热裂解环境和条件,采用PY-GC-MS联机分析方法和卷烟感官评吸方法,进行L-组氨酸、葡萄糖及L-组氨酸和葡萄糖混料的热解产物对比分析及应用评价,结果表明:①在200,500,700 ℃ 热解温度条件下,L-组氨酸和葡萄糖混料能够产生大量杂环类致香物质,热解反应产物种类数量明显多于L-组氨酸和葡萄糖热解产物种类之和;②L-组氨酸和葡萄糖混料热解反应温度低于L-组氨酸和葡萄糖,且在 200 ℃时就能够发生较为复杂的热解反应;③L-组氨酸和葡萄糖混料能够有效地提高卷烟纸的抽吸品质,增加卷烟香气的丰富性.

L-Histidine,glucose and their admixture have been pyrolyzed under simultaneous conditions usually adopted in pyrolysis and combustion tests of cigarette paper and its additives,and their applications have been evaluated by analyzing their pyrolytic products using PY-GC-MS series and smoke panel test.The results disclosed that plentiful kinds of heterocyclic aromatic compounds could be generated from the admixture samples at 200,500,700 ℃,which obviously,are much more than the sum of those from L-histidine and glucose separately.In addition,compared to L-histidine and glucose,the pyrolytic temperature of admixture samples were lower,and complicated pyrolytic reactions happened at 200 ℃.What's more,according to the smoke panel test,the combination samples improved cigarette smoking quality efficiently and enriched its fragrance.
