以Ca(NO_3)_2和(NH_4)_2HPO_4为原料,采用共沉淀法,通过添加AgNO_3和Cu(NO_3)_2合成了掺杂羟基磷灰石(Ag/Cu/HAP).运用X射线衍射(XRD)和扫描电镜(SEM)分析讨论反应微环境对掺杂羟基磷灰石晶格参数、晶体形貌以及晶体热稳定性的影响.结果表明,磷微环境更有利于掺杂羟基磷灰石晶体沿c轴优先生长,具有更好的晶体热稳定性,且得到的是针状的掺杂羟基磷灰石晶体;而钙微环境下合成的则是特殊的花瓣状掺杂羟基磷灰石晶体.

Ca(NO_3)_2,and (NH_4)_2HPO_4,were used as raw materials to synthesize the Ag~+,Cu2~(2+)-doped hydroxyapatite (Ag/Cu/HAP) by adding AgNO_3 and Cu(NO_3)_2 through a coprecipitation method.Effects of the reaction-microenvironment upon the crystal lattice parameter,crystal morphology and thermal stability of the doped hydroxyapatite were investigated by using X-ray diffraction and scanning electron Results show that the phosphor-microenvironment was more preferable for the growth of the doped hydroxyapatite along the c-axis.The crystal was of good thermal stability and a needle shaped doped hydroxyapatite was achieved.However,the a special petaloid doped hydroxyapatite crystal was prepared in the calcium- microenvironment.
