针对某镁合金扇形壳体零件的结构特点及材料特性,绘制该零件的挤压件毛坯图,确定该零件的加工方案,并对该壳体毛坯的温挤压成形工艺进行试验研究.研究结果表明:采用温挤压成形的该壳体工件满足使用要求,可为此类零件生产工艺设计提供有价值的参考.
針對某鎂閤金扇形殼體零件的結構特點及材料特性,繪製該零件的擠壓件毛坯圖,確定該零件的加工方案,併對該殼體毛坯的溫擠壓成形工藝進行試驗研究.研究結果錶明:採用溫擠壓成形的該殼體工件滿足使用要求,可為此類零件生產工藝設計提供有價值的參攷.

In view of the structure feature of magnesium alloy fan-shaped shell and the specific property of material,the extruded body blank section drawing was drawn,and the process scheme was determined.The experiments were performed to investigate the warm extrusion of shell body blank.The experimental results show that the forging of shell manufactured by warm exmasion fulfill quality requirement,which provide reliable references for the process design of the similar shell body blank.
