The perfective reformation of the disconnecting switch is an important measure to eliminate the potential hazard of equipment,to enhance operation reliability and to ensure the power grid safe operation.Aiming at the problems occurred in operation of the GW16(17)-252 disconnecting switch,the concrete perfective reformation schemes were put forward,and the schemes were analyzed and summarized.In addition,the composition,structure and the working principle of the disconnecting switch were introduced.
