多糖WPS-1从华杂4号菜籽饼粕中分离纯化得到.采用HPLC鉴定其单糖组成.研究评价WPS-1对S180肉瘤细胞的体内外抑制作用及其对荷瘤小鼠的免疫应答作用.对瘤质量、脾质量和胸腺质量、迟发型超敏反应、巨噬细胞的吞噬作用以及脾细胞的增殖作用进行考察.结果表明WPS-1具有显著的抗肿瘤活性和免疫调节作用.

A polysaeeharide fraction was isolated and purified from rapeseed meal Huaza No.4 and named as WPS-1.The monosaccharide composition of WPS-1 was identified by HPLC,and its inhibitory effect on the in vitro and in vivo proliferation of Sarcoma-180(S180)tumor cells was evaluated.Meanwhile,the effect on the iinmune responsein S180-bearing mice was tested based on tumor weight,spleen weight,thymus weight,delayed-type hypersensitivity reaction to dinitrofluorobenzene (DNFB),the phagocytic capacity of peritoneal macrophages and splenocytes proliferation.Our findings indicates that WPS-1 have signifieant antitumor and immunomodulating functions.
