贵州某低品位褐铁矿主要以针铁矿、菱铁矿和少量磁铁矿、黄铁矿形式存在,属于难选铁矿石,常规的磁选、浮选、磁化焙烧—弱磁选均不能获得满意的指标。试验采用氯化还原焙烧—弱磁选工艺流程处理该矿石,获得了铁精矿品位为60.96%,回收率为87.16%的良好指标,为该矿石的开发利用提供了新思路。
貴州某低品位褐鐵礦主要以針鐵礦、蔆鐵礦和少量磁鐵礦、黃鐵礦形式存在,屬于難選鐵礦石,常規的磁選、浮選、磁化焙燒—弱磁選均不能穫得滿意的指標。試驗採用氯化還原焙燒—弱磁選工藝流程處理該礦石,穫得瞭鐵精礦品位為60.96%,迴收率為87.16%的良好指標,為該礦石的開髮利用提供瞭新思路。

A certain low-grade limonite in Guizhou mainly exists in goethite,siderite and minor magnetite and pyrite,which belongs to the refractory iron ore.The conventional magnetic separation,flotation,magnetic roasting-low intensity magnetic separation can not reach the satisfactory indicators.A good index with Fe concentrate grade of 60.96% and recovery of 87.16% were obtained by the process of chloride reduction roasting-low intensity magnetic separation,which provides a new idea for the development and utilization of the minerals.
