目的了解广州地区慢性咳嗽患者的生活质量状况,探讨其相关影响因素.方法以广州呼吸疾病研究所门诊就诊的慢性咳嗽患者为对象,通过调查问卷的方式,了解其病情及诊治情况,评估慢性咳嗽对患者的生理、心理及社会功能的影响,问卷由19个条目组成.结果共295例慢性咳嗽患者,平均年龄(43.5±15.4)岁,其中男性146例(49.5%),女性149例(50.5%).患者平均病程为(45.8±71.0)个月.生理状况、心理健康、社会功能3个领域所得评分分别为:(33.6±6.7)分,(25.9±7.4)分,(15.4±4.6)分,总分为(74.6±16.1)分.生理状况、心理健康和社会功能与生活质量总分的相关系数分别为0.825、0.891、0.851;3个领域彼此间也呈正相关(P值均＜0.05).结论慢性咳嗽严重干扰了患者的日常生活、学习和工作,也严重影响了患者的身心健康.

Objective To evaluate the quality-of-life of the patients with chronic cough. Methods Patients with chronic cough were recruited from outpatient of Guangzhou Institute of Respiratory Diseases. Information regarding previous diagnosis, treatment and physical, psychological and social effects of the chronic cough was elicited through the survey questionnaire which was made up by ninteen articles. Results A total of 295 outpatients with chronic cough completed the questionnaire. The mean age of the patients was (43.5±15.4) years,among them,146 were male,(49. 5%),and 149 were female(49.5 % ). The mean of cough duration was (45.8 ± 71.0) months. The scores from the assessment of the area in physical condition, mental health, social function and the whole part were: (33.6±6.7) scores,(25.91±7.4) scores, ( 15.4 ± 4.6) scores and ( 74.6 ± 16.1 ) scores. Each of the correlation coefficient between physical condition, mental health, social function and the total score was 0.825,0.891,0.851.And it was also a positive correlation among the three areas ( P ＜0.05). Conclusions Chronic cough seriously interfered with the patient's daily life, but also seriously affected the patient's physical and mental health.
