　　目的为了解秦皇岛地区咽异感症患者的临床特点，进行咽异感症的病因分析。方法对200例不同性别、不同年龄组咽异感症患者进行了发病情况调查，并进行系统的病因分析。结果咽异感症者占同期门诊人数比例为10.35%，中年组发病率最高(21.40%)，女性较男性发病率为高。结论咽异感症病因方面局部因素仍为主，全身因素亦较多见，神经因素不容忽视。

Objective To analyze the pathogenic causes of pharyngeal paraesthesia so as to study the clinical characteristics of suf-ferers with paraesthesia pharyngis in Q inhuangdao region .Methods The morbidity of 200 sufferers with paraesthesia pharyngis of dif-ferent sex and age was studied and the pathogenic causes were system atically analyzed .Results The occurrence rate of paraesthesia pharyngis was 10 .35% among the total outpatients in the same period .The occurrence rate of middle age was the highest among differ-ent age groups(21.40% ),and the females had a higher occurrence rate than males.Conclusion The causes of paraesthesia pharyngis were mostly local,and system ic factors and nervousness factors are also quite commonly seen reasons.
