目的:筛选出高产紫杉醇的内生菌株,为发酵生产紫杉醇提供菌种.方法:从不同来源的红豆杉根、茎、叶中分别分离内生真菌,并对其进行发酵,用HPLC法对菌丝体和发酵液中的紫杉醇含世进行检测,获得高产菌株.结果:获得54株产紫杉醇的内生真菌,其中根、茎、叶分别为29株、16株、9株.根、茎、叶三部位产紫杉醇菌株的平均产量分别为248.57μg/L、149.09μg/L、104.94μg/L;其中一株产量高达622.75μg/L.结论:从野生红豆杉的根部分离内生真菌效果较好,并获得了一株高产菌株.

목적:사선출고산자삼순적내생균주,위발효생산자삼순제공균충.방법:종불동래원적홍두삼근、경、협중분별분리내생진균,병대기진행발효,용HPLC법대균사체화발효액중적자삼순함세진행검측,획득고산균주.결과:획득54주산자삼순적내생진균,기중근、경、협분별위29주、16주、9주.근、경、협삼부위산자삼순균주적평균산량분별위248.57μg/L、149.09μg/L、104.94μg/L;기중일주산량고체622.75μg/L.결론:종야생홍두삼적근부분리내생진균효과교호,병획득료일주고산균주.
Objective: In order to get a high-taxol-yield endophytic fungi which could be fermented to produce taxol.Method: Endophytic Fungi were isolated from root,stem and leaf of different source taxus,and were fermented,and then,Taxol in mycelium and fermenting liquor was determined by HPLC.Result:54 strains of Taxol-produing endophytic fung were obtained,29 strains from root,and 16 strains from stem,and the other from leaf.The average yield of the taxol in both mycelium and fermenting of endophytic fungi from three parts were 248.57μg/L,149.09μg/L,104.94μg/L.The highest yield was 622.75μg/L.Conclusion:Through comparison,one strain of high-taxol-yield endophytic was gained which from root of wild Taxus.chinesis.
