目的:观察Smad4蛋白在胃癌前病变组织中表达的特点.方法:应用免疫组织化学方法,对10例正常胃粘膜组织、21例胃癌前病变组织及62例胃癌组织中Smad4蛋白的表达进行了研究.结果:在正常胃粘膜组织,Smad4蛋白主要表达于胃腺体的体底部细胞胞浆中;在胃粘膜肠化及不典型增生组织,Smad4蛋白主要表达于胞浆中;在胃癌组织,Smad4蛋白主要表达于胞浆及少量细胞核中,其中在低分化腺癌组织表达明显减少(与正常胃粘膜组织、胃癌前病变组织及高分化腺癌组织相比,P<0.05;P<0.01;P<0.01).结论:Smad4蛋白在胃癌前病变组织中表达并未减少,但在低分化胃癌组织中表达减少,提示其表达减少在胃癌的发生发展过程可能系一晚期事件.

목적:관찰Smad4단백재위암전병변조직중표체적특점.방법:응용면역조직화학방법,대10례정상위점막조직、21례위암전병변조직급62례위암조직중Smad4단백적표체진행료연구.결과:재정상위점막조직,Smad4단백주요표체우위선체적체저부세포포장중;재위점막장화급불전형증생조직,Smad4단백주요표체우포장중;재위암조직,Smad4단백주요표체우포장급소량세포핵중,기중재저분화선암조직표체명현감소(여정상위점막조직、위암전병변조직급고분화선암조직상비,P<0.05;P<0.01;P<0.01).결론:Smad4단백재위암전병변조직중표체병미감소,단재저분화위암조직중표체감소,제시기표체감소재위암적발생발전과정가능계일만기사건.
Objective:To investigate the expression of Smad4 protein in gastric: precancerous tissue. Methods: Smad4 immunohistochemical expression was analysed in 10 nonnal gastric tissue,21 gastric precancerous tissue and 62 gastric carcinoma tissue. Results: Smad4 protein was mainly expressed in the cytoplasm of the lower parts of the gastric gland in normal gastric tissue. It was expressed in the cytoplasm of gastric precancerous tissue, and was expressed in the cytoplasm and nuclear in gastric carcinoma tissue. Smad4 expression was decreased in in the poorly differentiated carcinoma tissue( comparing with normal gastric tissue,gastric precancerous tissue, well differentiated gastric carcinoma tissue, P < 0.05, P < 0. 01 ; P < 0.01, respectively). Conclusion: Smad4 protein expression was not decreased in gastric precancerous tissue, but decreased in poorly differentiated gastric carcinoma tissue, the decreased expression may be a late event in gastric carcinogenesis.
