利用波长为532 nm,脉宽为8 ns的激光研究了咔唑保护的金纳米粒子在二甲苯中的光限幅特性.研究表明,这种金纳米粒子具有很强的光限幅效应.利用基于米氏散射理论的模型分析了光限幅效应,实验及分析表明,强的光限幅效应是由非线性散射引起的.

Optical limiting properties of gold nanoparticles protected by 9- (5-thiopentyl) -carbazole in dimethylbenzene solution is investigated by using 8 ns laser pulses at 532 nm. The experimental results show that the gold nanoparicles possess strong optical limiting behavior. The optical limiting effects are analyzed by using a model based on Mie extinction theory. Theoretical analysis and experimental results imply that the optical limiting mechanisms can be attributed to the nonlinear scattering.
