在不同保护温度下采用钨极氩弧焊+高纯氩气作为保护气体的焊接方法将锆R60702板材连接起来,并利用电化学腐蚀手段和扫描电镜的形貌观察等方法,研究R60702在醋酸中的腐蚀行为。试验结果表明:在5mol/L的醋酸溶液中,接头的腐蚀类型以点蚀为主。保护温度在800℃时,锆R60702的耐腐蚀性能严重下降,而保护温度在315℃和400℃下时,其耐腐蚀性能与严格保护下没有很明显的下降。
在不同保護溫度下採用鎢極氬弧銲+高純氬氣作為保護氣體的銲接方法將鋯R60702闆材連接起來,併利用電化學腐蝕手段和掃描電鏡的形貌觀察等方法,研究R60702在醋痠中的腐蝕行為。試驗結果錶明:在5mol/L的醋痠溶液中,接頭的腐蝕類型以點蝕為主。保護溫度在800℃時,鋯R60702的耐腐蝕性能嚴重下降,而保護溫度在315℃和400℃下時,其耐腐蝕性能與嚴格保護下沒有很明顯的下降。

Taking TIG + high-purity argon as protective gas welding method to link the zirconium R60702 plate at different protection temperatures, and using electrochemical corrosion and the morphology observation of optical microscope, R60702 corrosion behavior in acetic acid was studied. The results showed that in 5 mol/I, acetic acid solution, the dominated corrosion type of welded joints was pitting corrosion. The corrosion resistance of zirconium R60702 seriously declined when the protection temperature was at 800℃, and when the protection temperature was at 315℃ and 400℃, its corrosion resistance had no obvious decline compared with the welding state under strict protection.
