目的 有人用旋转黏度计在恒定的低切变率下测定了抗凝血样复钙后的切应力随时间变化的曲线.笔者针对这一方法提出了一种凝血过程的血液流变学理论模型,本研究试图寻求并分析2种大鼠血浆(正常血浆、富血小板血浆)在给予三七皂苷前后其各自模型参数的差异.方法 应用模型拟合实验数据,比较所得2种大鼠血浆给予三七皂苷前后其各自的模型参数,从中找出差异.结果 模型参数中的大部分没有变化,只有少数几个参数发生变化,有的甚至变化很大.结论 模型拟合出的各种模型参数均有明确的血液流变学意义,通过模型参数的变化可以分析出血浆受药物影响前后其凝固性能的差异.

Objective An experimental approach was proposed to measure the shear stress change over time(curve) of an anti-coagulative blood sample after recalcification under a constant shear rate in a rotational vis-cometer and a hemorheological model was established based on this approach. In this paper, the effects of notoginseng saponin on the hemorhelogical model parameters of normal rat plasma and platelet-rich rat plasma were investigated. Methods The hemorheological model was introduced to fit the experimental data and the changes in hemorhelogical model parameters of two kinds of rat plasma before and after the addition of notoginseng saponin were investigated. Results Most of the parameters of the theoretic model did not change, while only a few of parameters changed, and of which several significant change happened. Conclusion The experimental results indicate that the fitted model parameters have clear meaning of hemorheology, and the model parameters can be used for evaluating the influence of a drug on plasma clotting.
