Calcium in serum%Determination method%Comparative study
[目的]建立一种成本低、准确性高、操作简便、适合临床兽医的疾病诊断和实验室检测的血清钙测定方法.[方法]根据精密度分析、回收试验、稳定性分析、线性范围确定、干扰试验等,比较了乙二胺四乙酸二钠(EDTA-2Na)滴定法、偶氮氯膦Ⅰ法、偶氮胂Ⅲ法和偶氮氯膦-mA法检测血清钙离子浓度的准确性和可操作性.[结果]偶氮氯膦Ⅰ测定法空白值低,随机误差小,精密度最高.偶氮氯膦-mA法的相关系数最大,但4种方法在浓度0.1~6.0 mmol/L都具有良好的线性关系,无明显差异.回收试验中EDTA-2Na滴定法回收率为97.1%;偶氮氯膦Ⅰ法回收率为98.5%;偶氮氯膦-mA 法回收率97.6%;偶氮胂Ⅲ法回收率为100.7%.[结论]偶氮氯膦Ⅰ法具有精密度高、回收率高、稳定性高、空白值低和变异系数低等特点,是一种值得推广的血清钙测定方法.
[目的]建立一種成本低、準確性高、操作簡便、適閤臨床獸醫的疾病診斷和實驗室檢測的血清鈣測定方法.[方法]根據精密度分析、迴收試驗、穩定性分析、線性範圍確定、榦擾試驗等,比較瞭乙二胺四乙痠二鈉(EDTA-2Na)滴定法、偶氮氯膦Ⅰ法、偶氮胂Ⅲ法和偶氮氯膦-mA法檢測血清鈣離子濃度的準確性和可操作性.[結果]偶氮氯膦Ⅰ測定法空白值低,隨機誤差小,精密度最高.偶氮氯膦-mA法的相關繫數最大,但4種方法在濃度0.1~6.0 mmol/L都具有良好的線性關繫,無明顯差異.迴收試驗中EDTA-2Na滴定法迴收率為97.1%;偶氮氯膦Ⅰ法迴收率為98.5%;偶氮氯膦-mA 法迴收率97.6%;偶氮胂Ⅲ法迴收率為100.7%.[結論]偶氮氯膦Ⅰ法具有精密度高、迴收率高、穩定性高、空白值低和變異繫數低等特點,是一種值得推廣的血清鈣測定方法.
[목적]건립일충성본저、준학성고、조작간편、괄합림상수의적질병진단화실험실검측적혈청개측정방법.[방법]근거정밀도분석、회수시험、은정성분석、선성범위학정、간우시험등,비교료을이알사을산이납(EDTA-2Na)적정법、우담록련Ⅰ법、우담신Ⅲ법화우담록련-mA법검측혈청개리자농도적준학성화가조작성.[결과]우담록련Ⅰ측정법공백치저,수궤오차소,정밀도최고.우담록련-mA법적상관계수최대,단4충방법재농도0.1~6.0 mmol/L도구유량호적선성관계,무명현차이.회수시험중EDTA-2Na적정법회수솔위97.1%;우담록련Ⅰ법회수솔위98.5%;우담록련-mA 법회수솔97.6%;우담신Ⅲ법회수솔위100.7%.[결론]우담록련Ⅰ법구유정밀도고、회수솔고、은정성고、공백치저화변이계수저등특점,시일충치득추엄적혈청개측정방법.
[Objective] The testing method of the calcium in serum with low-cost, high accurate, easy and suitable for diagnose of animal disease and operation in lab was set up.[Method] The accuracy and maneuverability of the method of Na2EDTA titration, CPA, ASAⅢ and CPA-mA for the measure of the calcium in serum were compared according to the analysis of precision and stability, the experiment in retrieval and interference, and linear range.[Result] The method of CPA was with low blank value, small random error and highest precision.The method of CPA-mA had the largest correlation coefficient.There was good linear relation at the concentration of 0.1-6.0 mmol/L in four methods without difference.In the experiment in retrieval the recovery rate from Na2EDTA was 97.1%; CPA, 98.5%; CPA-mA, 97.6% and ASAⅢ, 100.7%.[Conclusion] The method of CPA was with high precision, recovery rate, stability and low blank value and variation coefficient, which was worth extension.
