油田结垢可能发生在井口生产设备,井筒以及储层内部.如何控制生产过程中垢物的形成是石油工业比较关心的主要问题之一.解决该问题最有效的方法是采用防垢剂延缓或抑制垢物的形成.然而,在某些油田应用过程中由于钡离子含量较高,防垢剂防垢效率较低.对目前广泛应用于石油工业的防垢剂的防垢性能进行了评价.实验表明,HJ-1防垢剂对垢物的形成具有较强的抑制性能.当钡离子浓度为1 000 mL/L时,HJ-1的防垢性能达到94%以上.

One of the major concerns within the oil industry is how to control scale formation, whether it is in the wellhead equipment, down-hole pipelines or the actual field formation. The most effective way to deal with the problem of oilfield scale formation is the use of scale inhibitors to prevent or delay the scale formation. However, the inhibition efficiency of these inhibitors is very low during the process of application in some oil field because of high barium environment. Some scale inhibitors, which are widely applied in oil and gas industries, were evaluated. The experiment shows that HJ-1 has a stronger ability to prevent or delay the scale formation. The inhibition efficiency of HJ-1 is up to 94% when barium ion concentration is 1 000 mg/L.
