首先通过对射阳县产业结构现状及演变发展历程的分析,指出其产业结构目前存在的主要问题是:产业结构失调,呈现低层次的发展状态;产业链条短,产业集群竞争力不强;农业资源丰富,农业大而不强.其次,对射阳县产业结构的发展趋势进行了预测分析.最后,提出了产业结构调整的重点及对策,主要措施包括:积极响应江苏沿海地区发展战略,加强射阳港等重大基础设施建设;完善支柱产业链,以农业基地为基础,推行产业化经营;促进产业集群发展,增强集群效应等,以为其他农业县产业结构的战略性调整提供参考.

First,the status and evolution process of the industrial structure of the Sheyang county were analyzed in this article.On this basis,the problems of the current industrial structure were found,such as dislocation structure,low level of development,short industry chain,less competitive industrial clusters,not strong agriculture and so on.Then,the trends of the industrial structure of the Sheyang county were predicted.At last,it Was proposed to strengthen Sheyang Port and other major infrastructure construction to respond positively to the development strategy of Jiangsu coastal.areas,to improve the pillar industry chain,to construct agricultural base,and to implement industrial management and industry cluster,providing reference to other agricultural counties for optimization of industrial structure.
