水平井由于其井身结构的特殊性,分层试油时使用常规技术不易安全准确地分层分段,难以进行有针对性的试油排液作业以落实地层产能及地层液性.根据水平井试油排液上存在的问题,提出一种利用ISP封隔器+环空单流阀等工具组配成的水平井选择性分层试油工艺,依靠ISP封隔器分段分层隔离,通过两封隔器之间的环空单流阀沟通管柱与地层,可实现水井平选择性精细分层试油排液.

Because of the particular well structure of horizontal wells, the layers are not safe to delaminate by using conventional technologies when the separate layer test is conducted. Also, it is difficult to conduct oil test and liquid drainage accordingly to ascertain the formation production capacity and fluid character. To solve these problems, a separate layer test process was proposed by using combining tools of ISP packer and annular single-flow valve. The sub-layer was isolated by the ISP packer, and the annular single-flow valve could link the string with the stratum. In this way, the technology can achieve the purpose of fine selective oil test and liquid drainage in horizontal wells.
