用17对SSR引物对来自鄂西地区的兴山、房县、竹溪、宣恩、鹤峰、建始以及山东临沂等地33份湖北海棠种质和2个苹果属近缘种进行了种质鉴定和亲缘关系分析.在33份湖北海棠中共扩增出121个等位基因,平均每个位点7.12个,平均多态性比率为98.3%;除GD15、GD162和Z71981外的14对引物中任意一对均可区分所有供试材料,在17个SSR位点上共检出供试33份湖北海棠试材分属6个基因型,表明湖北海棠种下存在较高的遗传多样性.此外,倍性检测结果表明所有供试材料均为三倍体基因型.

Simple sequence repeat(SSR) markers were used to identify the germplasm and genetic relationship of Malus hupehensis (Pamp.) Rehd. (Tea Crabapple) accessions came from five regions such as Xingshan, Fangxian, Zhuxi, Xuanen, Hefeng and Jianshi, the western of Hubei Province, Linyi in Shandong Province and 2 relative species. A total of 121 putative alleles were amplified from 17 primer-pairs developed and screened from apple on 33 M. hupehensis(Pamp. ) Rehd accessions. All SSR markers were highly polymorphic with a mean of 7. 12 putative alleles per locus and a mean polymorphic percentage of 98. 3. Except GD15. GD162, Z71981, each primer could differentiate in all 33 accessions belonging to 6 genotypes, suggesting high genetic diversity existed in Malus hupehensis (Pamp.) Rehd. Ploidy analysis showed that all accessions were triploid.
