以氰脲酸和二氯乙烷为原料,以DMF作溶剂,在三乙醇胺催化下合成了氰脲酸低聚物.通过正交实验,探索了其合成条件.结果表明,当摩尔分数n(氰脲酸)∶n(二氯乙烷)= 1.0∶2.0;质量分数m(氰脲酸)∶m(三乙醇胺)= 1.0∶1.5;m(氰脲酸)∶m(DMF)= 1.0∶6.0;反应时间为4.0 h时为其最佳合成条件.该研究开辟氰脲酸低聚物新的制备方法.

In this work, oligomer cyanuric acid was synthesized by reaction of cyanuric acid and dichloroethane with triethanolamine as catalyst in DMF. Some factors that influenced the yield of oligomer cyanuric acid was explored by orthogonal pilot. The results indicated that, when molar ratio of cyanuric acid and dichloroethane was 1.0∶2.0, the mass ratio of Cyanuric atid and trie thylamine was 1.0∶1.5, the mass ration of cyanuric acid,DMF was 1.0∶6.0,and the reaction time was 4.0 h, the reaction could reach its optimum synthesized conditions. This work presents a way to synthesize oligomer cyanuric acid.
