针对目前同期装置大都采用外部切换箱实现外部电压切换,现场布线比较复杂的情况,提出了一种包含同期电压切换功能的自动准同期装置实现方法.通过直接控制对象切换继电器电源的方法实现了同期电压切换:装置采用了双CPU、双AD结构,包含了CPU内部的CPLD闭锁、双机报文监视闭锁、同期出口继电器的串联闭锁以及外部同期闭锁继电器多级闭锁,能够可靠地完成电压切换及同期:在对外接口等方面创新地引入了液晶式同步表、同期电压录波及查看功能,支持双以太网及多种通信规约,能够满足各种现场应用的需求.在同期算法中采用了非线性预测和线性插值相结合的方法,保证同期合闸角小于1°,性能优越.

External line-selection device is required in most quasi-synchronization devices,resulting in very complicated field wiring.A solution of quasi-synchronization device including line-selection function is proposed,which realizes line-selection by direct control of object relay power supply.The device adopts dual-CPU and dual-AD structure,including CPLD interlock inside CPU,message monitoring interlock between CPUs,serial interlock of synchronization output relays and external synchronization blocking relays for reliable execution of line-selection and synchronization.The real-time phase chart and recorded voltage synchronization waveform can be displayed on LCD.The device supports dual Ethernet and multiple protocols to meet the requirements of various applications.The nonlinear prediction and linear interpolation are combined in synchronization algorithm to guarantee the closing angle less than 1°.
