目的 在胰岛素泵(CSII)皮下持续注射胰岛素的基础上,运用动态血糖监测系统(CGMS)监测血糖,研究联合方案对糖尿患者的治疗效果.方法 将48例糖尿病患者随机分为2组:对照组24例和治疗组24例.对照组单纯用胰岛素泵治疗,同时用血糖仪监测指血糖.治疗组用胰岛素泵联合动态血糖监测系统治疗(双C治疗),比较两组的相应血糖控制指标.结果 治疗组的低血糖发生率显著低于对照组(P<0.05),治疗组血糖控制的一般情况要优于对照组,如血糖控制时间(4.3±1.7d v.s.6.4±2.3 d,P<0.05),症状缓解时间(4.5±1.8 d v.s.6.6±2.5 d,P<0.05),平均住院时间(7.1±2.5 d v.s 10.3±3.3 d,P<0.01);两组血糖控制的一般情况表明实验组的血糖控制比对照组平稳.结论 胰岛素泵联合动态血糖监测系统治疗糖尿病效果要优于单纯使用胰岛素泵,能更好的控制血糖,可以在临床上推广.

Objective To evaluate the effects of combined application of continuous glucose monitoring system(CGMS) and continuous subcutaneous insulin infusion(CSII)in patients with diabetes.Methods 48 cases of patients with diabetes were divided into two groups randomly-the control group(24 cases) and the treatment group(24cases).CGMS plus GSII were employed in the treatment group,while the control group only used the GSII method with the glucometer to monitor blood sugar.Then the level of the blood sugar were compared in both groups.Results The incidences of the low blood sugar of treatment group were significantly lower than the control group(P<0.05);the general situation of the blood control in treatment group were also significantly better than the control group,such as blood sugar control time(4.3±1.7 d v.s.6.4±2.3 d,P<0.05),symptom relief time(4.5±1.8 d v.s.6.6 ± 2.5 d,P<0.05),average time in hospital(7.1±2.5 d v.s 10.3 ± 3.3 d,P <0.01) ;The situation of the blood glucose control for two groups suggested that the treatment group was more stable than the control group.Conclusion The effects of the technology combined insulin pump with CGMS is better than the CSII,which can better facilitated system treats.diabetes effect to surpass the pure use insulin pump,it can better control blood sugar,It should be possible to promote on clinical.
