目的 研究大蒜新素对宫颈病变组织HPV16 E7基因表达的影响.方法 运用PCR技术检测宫颈病变组织HPV16 E7基因,表达阳性的患者160例,随机分为安慰剂组、大蒜新素治疗组和阿昔洛韦治疗组,观察治疗前后宫颈病变情况及HPV转阴率.结果 治疗后大蒜新素治疗组、阿昔洛韦治疗组宫颈局部情况转为正常者与安慰剂组相比差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);大蒜新素治疗组与阿昔洛韦治疗组的HPV转阴率比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);大蒜新素治疗组与安慰剂组,阿昔洛韦治疗组与安慰剂组的HPV转阴率比较差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05).结论 大蒜新素治疗后宫颈病变情况减轻,局部组织结构恢复正常,机体的病毒清除率大有提高,值得临床推广应用.

Objective To investigate the effect of allitridin on the expression of HPV16 E7 protein in cervical lesions. Methods PCR was applied to examine DNA of HPV16 E7 in cervical lesions. One hundred and sixty samples were proved HPV16 E7 positive. Positive samples were randomly divided into three groups: group A(control), group B(allitridin) and group C(caciclovir). The changes in cervical lesions and the changes of HPV16 E7 protein were observed. Results The changes in cervical lesions of groups B and C were significantly higher than that in group A (P<0.05). In comparison with groups B and A, the expression of HPV16 E7 was decreased significantly(P<0.05). The expression of HPV16 E7 of group C was significantly lower than that in group A(P<0.05). However, the negative rate of HPV16 E7 of groups B and C were 56%, 65%,respectively,which was no significantly. Conclusions Allitridin can diminished significantly cervical lesions. And allitridin can down-regulate the expression of HPV16 E7 protein in cervical lesions.
