目的：探讨以社区为基础康复对精神疾病防治康复的作用、可行性和可持续性。方法：对汕头市精神病社区康复的覆盖率进行评估。115例精神分裂症5年社区康复的治疗、现病、社会功能及影响、复发进行前后比较，并与72例社区自然状态下精神分裂症对照。结果：精神病社区覆盖率达26.43%,精神分裂症5年社区康复疗效显著，5年显进率达93.91%，复发率25.00%，对照病例则无变化或恶化，显进率29.17%，复发率95.24%。结论：社区康复对于精神疾病控制病情，恢复社会功能，防止复发显示明显作用。

Objective:To study of the efficacy,feasibility and continuitybased on community rehabilitations.Methods:The assessment of the coverage based on community rehabilitation in Shantou.One hundred and fifteen schizophrenia patients who had been treated with community rehabilitations for 5-year.The results were compared with 72 outpatient controls who didnt join the program.Results:The coverage rate was 26.43%. The rate of significant improvement was 93.91% and clinical relapse was 25.00%,there was significant improvent only in 29.17% and the relapse rate was 95.24% in control group in five years.Conclusion:Community-based rehabilitation helps to maintain clinical remission,improve social function and reduce relapses in pschiatric patients.
