在pH=9.35的硼砂-HCl体系缓冲溶液中,Fe(Ⅲ)能催化酸性铬蓝K的氧化褪色反应,据此建立了一个测定痕量铁的新催化动力学分光光度法.该方法在所选条件下,lg(A0/A)与Fe(Ⅲ)含量在 0.01μg/mL~0.20 μg/mL范围内呈线性关系,定量检测限为6.4×10-9g/L,ε=3.7×104 L.cm-1mol-1.

A new catalytic spectrophotometric method for the determination of trace Fe(Ⅲ) has been developed which has higher sensitivity and selectivity. The method was based on the catalytic effect of Fe(Ⅲ) on the oxidation of acid Chrome Blue K by hydrogen peroxide.The linear range for the determination of Fe(Ⅲ) was 0.01 μg /mL~0.20 μg/mL and the detection limit is 6.4×10-9 g/L.
