目的探讨甲状旁腺肿瘤的误诊原因，找出减少误诊的方法。方法对1984～1998年我院收治的10例甲状旁腺肿瘤患者进行回顾性分析。结果10例中8例患者临床表现为骨关节疾病和泌尿系结石，误诊率为80％。结论临床医师应提高对该疾病的认识，对一些顽固的泌尿系结石和反复多次骨折的患者不仅要重视局部并发症的诊治，而且要考虑到诊断甲状旁腺肿瘤的可能性，并进行必要的血钙、血磷检测。
목적탐토갑상방선종류적오진원인，조출감소오진적방법。방법대1984～1998년아원수치적10례갑상방선종류환자진행회고성분석。결과10례중8례환자림상표현위골관절질병화비뇨계결석，오진솔위80％。결론림상의사응제고대해질병적인식，대일사완고적비뇨계결석화반복다차골절적환자불부요중시국부병발증적진치，이차요고필도진단갑상방선종류적가능성，병진행필요적혈개、혈린검측。
Objective To analyze the cause of misdiagnosis of parathyroid tumour. Method 10 cases of parathyroid turmour adimitted from 1984 to 1998 were analysised retrospectively. Results The clinical manifestations of 8/10 cases were osteoarticular diseases and recurrent urinary stone, the misdiagnostic rate was 80%. Conclusion Clinicanas should consider the possibility of parathyroid tumor where there is repeated recurrence of urinary stones or repeated fractures, the serum calcium and phosphorus should be determined.
