以聚甲醛(POM)为研究对象,采用加入0.1~0.3 T的直流磁场,在聚合物熔融重结晶过程中实现对其结晶形态的改变.应用金相显微镜、差示扫描量热法(DSC)、X-射线衍射法(XRD)和红外光谱法(FT-IR)对磁场改性前后的聚甲醛样品的结构和性质进行表征.实验表明:聚甲醛(POM)在直流磁场作用下,分子链受到磁场的作用而增加了C-O-C的弯曲振动.片晶间距及片晶厚度增大,结晶度和熔点升高.

The effect of magnetic field on recrystallization of polyoxymethylene(POM) from melt was studied by means of optical microscopy, differential scanning calorimetry (DSC) , X-ray diffraction (XRD) and fourier-transform infrared (FT-IR). It was showed that the magnetic affected molecular conformation, and increased lamellae thickness, lamellae interval, spherulites diameter, and the melting point of POM. Therefore, magnetic field was of advantage to increase crystal degree and mechanics performance, and was new means of machining to polymer.
