合成了一种新的钴配合物[CoL(CH_3CH_2OH)CI]CI,L为N~1,N~8-二(1-甲基-4-硝基吡咯-2-酰基)三乙基四胺,并用质谱、核磁、红外、摩尔电导、元素分析等多种手段分析了配体和配合物的结构;紫外、荧光和粘度等方法分析了钴配合物与小牛胸腺DNA的作用,发现配合物与DNA的作用方式可能为部分插入和静电混合作用模式;电泳法研究了配合物与超螺旋pBR322 DNA的作用,发现反应温度为50℃时,配合物能将超螺旋DNA完全切割为缺刻产物.
閤成瞭一種新的鈷配閤物[CoL(CH_3CH_2OH)CI]CI,L為N~1,N~8-二(1-甲基-4-硝基吡咯-2-酰基)三乙基四胺,併用質譜、覈磁、紅外、摩爾電導、元素分析等多種手段分析瞭配體和配閤物的結構;紫外、熒光和粘度等方法分析瞭鈷配閤物與小牛胸腺DNA的作用,髮現配閤物與DNA的作用方式可能為部分插入和靜電混閤作用模式;電泳法研究瞭配閤物與超螺鏇pBR322 DNA的作用,髮現反應溫度為50℃時,配閤物能將超螺鏇DNA完全切割為缺刻產物.

A new cobalt complex[CoL(CH_3CH_2OH)C1]CI(L=N~1, N~8-bis(1-methyl-4-nitropyrrole-2-carbonyl) triethyle-netetramine) was synthesized. Its structure was characterized by MS, ~1H NMR, IR, molar conductance and elementary analysis. CT DNA-binding of cobalt complex was investigated using UV spectra, fluorescent spectra and viscosity. The results indicate that the cobalt complex may interact with CT DNA by partial intercalation and electroscope binding. The cleavage reaction on plasmid DNA was monitored by agarose gel electrophoresis. The cobalt complex can absolutely translate pBR322 DNA into the nicked DNA when the reaction temperature is 50℃.
