[目的]研究添加葡萄糖和明胶对纤维素分解菌筛选的影响.[方法] 采用培养液富集,结合改良刚果红平板直接分离法筛选和分离纤维素降解菌.[结果]培养基中添加少量葡萄糖可以促进纤维素分解菌的生长,但降低了筛选效率;添加少量明胶有助于稳定纤维素分解菌在平板上水解圈的显色反应从而快速筛选纤维素分解菌.[结论]采用添加土壤浸汁和明胶的刚果红平板分离纤维素分解菌,是一种高效快速的纤维素分解菌筛选方法.

[목적]연구첨가포도당화명효대섬유소분해균사선적영향.[방법] 채용배양액부집,결합개량강과홍평판직접분리법사선화분리섬유소강해균.[결과]배양기중첨가소량포도당가이촉진섬유소분해균적생장,단강저료사선효솔;첨가소량명효유조우은정섬유소분해균재평판상수해권적현색반응종이쾌속사선섬유소분해균.[결론]채용첨가토양침즙화명효적강과홍평판분리섬유소분해균,시일충고효쾌속적섬유소분해균사선방법.
[Objective] The effect of the glucose and gelatin added on the screening of cellulose-decomposing bacteria was experimented. [Method] The cellulose-decomposing bacteria was screened and isolated with the treatment of culture solution enrichment, combined with the improved method of plate direct separation of Congo Red. [Results] A small amount of glucose added in medium could promote the growth of cellulose-decomposing bacteria, but reduces the screening efficiency; a small amount of gelatin added in medium was beneficial to the stabilization of the coloring reaction of cellulose-decomposing bacteria in the plate hydrolysis ring so that the rapid screening of cellulose decomposition of bacteria became true. [Conclusion] The addition of the extract from soil and gelatin in isolation of cellulose-decomposing bacteria with the with the improved method of plate direct separation of Congo Red was a fast and efficient screening method.
