提出了小型子弹药引信战斗部一体化设计技术(以下简称引战一体化).分析了该技术的内涵,将其分为结构一体化和功能一体化,扩展了对该技术的认识范畴,并给出了其关键技术.结合工程实例,利用数值模拟方法,对采用该技术的一种子弹药的性能进行分析,结果显示在保持整体性能基本不变的情况下,减小了子弹药体积和质量.同时,分析了EFP随引战接口参数(探测部件和传爆管尺寸)变化的成型规律.

In order to achieve the best damage effect, in the rapid development of the information technology, the fuze-warhead integration design technology is proposed. The basic theory of this method is introduced, and the content is analyzed, which is divided into two parts: structure integration design and functional integration design. The key technologies of this method are also given. The functions of sub-munitions are analyzed by the numerical simulation, which shows that this method can decrease the size and weight of the sub-munitions, but the damage effect remains almost unchanged. Simultaneity, the molding rules of the EFP are analyzed, because of the interface parameters changed.
