内高压成形液压机侧缸通常采用阀控非对称缸设计,结构上的非对称性造成了两个方向上动态特性不对称,给侧缸同步控制造成了困难.通过给出了内高压成形液压机侧缸位置同步控制系统的数学模型,并对模型采用SIMULINK软件进行计算机仿真,对上述问题提出了同等方式、主从方式、同等+主从方式三种策略,并进行了比较与分析.最后给出了试验结果,并对从响应的快速性和精度方面对试验结果进行了分析.结果表明,采取的控制策略合理可行且设计简单,位移和压力系统均能正常工作,对于其它内高压成型机非对称缸同步控制具有重要参考价值.

Valve-controlling asymmetric cylinder plan is frequently adopted for high-pressure forming equip-ment. But the structural asymmetry leads to dynamic performance asymmetry on the two moving directions, which makes it difficult to control the synchronous movement of two side cylinders. A mathematical model of synchronous system of high-accuracy position is given in the article. Computer simulation is done based on SIMULINK. To solve the above-mentioned problem, three control strategies which are used in synchronous system are compared and ana-lyzed. They are synchronous mode, master-slave mode and synchronous plus master-slave mode. Finally, some test results and their analyses are given. Analysis is conducted from the perspectives of response velocity and preci-sion. The results indicate that the control strategy is reasonable, feasible and simple. The position and pressure sys-tems both worked well. The methods are referable for the design of other asymmetric cylinder control in hydroforming equipment.
