本文对LY424细菌菌株产红色素条件的优化进行了研究,结果表明该菌株在波长524 nm处有最大吸收峰;光照对色素产量有一定影响;产红色素的最适温度范围为28~30 ℃;固体培养的最适pH值在7~9之间;适合该菌株生长及产色素的培养基组成为:蔗糖2%、蛋白胨1%、马铃薯15%、硫酸镁0.1%、磷酸氢二钾0.2%.生产上最适的碳源为蔗糖,最适的氮源为蛋白胨;色素的最佳工艺条件为pH值7,蔗糖量2 g,蛋白胨2 g,温度28 ℃.

An experiment was conducted to determine the effects of different ecological conditions on characteristics of LY424 bacteria strain to produce red pigment, the results indicated that the absorption peak was at 524 nm, the light had few effects on red pigments product, the optimal temperature range was 28~30 ℃, the pH value range for solid medium culturing was 7~9, the optimal composition of the medium to affect upon color production and growth of this strain is as follows: sucrose 2%, peptone 1%, potato15%, MgSO_4·7H_2O0.1%, KH_2PO_40.2%.The optimal carbon source was sucrose, the optimal nitrogen source was peptone, the optimal technological conditions of producing red pigment were pH7, sucrose 0.2%, peptone 0.2%, temperature 28 ℃.
