用特定的培养基使稠油油田采出水中的微生物菌种大量繁殖,菌生物活性增强的同时积累大量代谢产物.将微生物发酵液与原油以一定比例混合,振摇一段时间后,油、水分离,用原子发射光谱法测定原油中金属含量.结果表明新疆九区稠油(钙含晕在250μg/g左右)脱钙率达到95%;苏丹原油(钙含量720μg/g)钙含量可降至20μg/g以下;苏丹原油(钙含量1 990μg/g)脱钙率达到50%以上;并且重复性很好.同时对硫、氮,胶质、沥青质等重组份有一定的脱除效果.反应条件温和,菌液可循环使用,且可同时实现微生物代谢产物对高粘稠油的乳化降黏作用,改善原油流动性.

The specific culture medium is used to make a large number of microbial strain living,and at the same time a lot of metabolins which can reduce viscosity of crude oil and improve crude oil flowability are accumulated.Crude oil and bacterial broth are mixed in a certain proportion,after a period of oscillation water and oil are separated and calcium in oil is analyzed by atolnic emission spectrometry(AES).The results show that the de-culcification rate of viscous crude oils(calcium content is 250 μg/g)from Karamay Area 9 in Xingjhng is 95%.The calcium content of Sudanese Crude oil(calcium content is 720μg)can be reduced to below 20 μg/g.The de-calcification rate of Sudanese Crude oil(calcium content is 1 990 μg/g)is above 50%.The repeating property is very good.Sulfur,nitrogen,colloidal matters,and agphnltene can be paedally removed.The reaction conditions arc mild,and the bacterial broth Can be used circularly.
