介绍了用X射线衍射法与剥层法对小口径钛合金(Ti6Al4V)管开展的残余应力测试研究,用冷径向精锻制备的钛合金管锻件内径为φ20mm,外径为φ40mm,将外径机加至φ25,φ24,φ23mm,分别测试φ40,φ25,φ24,φ23mm外表面的轴向、周向残余应力,结果表明:φ40mm外表面的残余应力主要是拉应力,其他直径外表面的残余应力为压应力,研究对该类产品的工艺与产品设计具有重要参考价值。
介紹瞭用X射線衍射法與剝層法對小口徑鈦閤金(Ti6Al4V)管開展的殘餘應力測試研究,用冷徑嚮精鍛製備的鈦閤金管鍛件內徑為φ20mm,外徑為φ40mm,將外徑機加至φ25,φ24,φ23mm,分彆測試φ40,φ25,φ24,φ23mm外錶麵的軸嚮、週嚮殘餘應力,結果錶明:φ40mm外錶麵的殘餘應力主要是拉應力,其他直徑外錶麵的殘餘應力為壓應力,研究對該類產品的工藝與產品設計具有重要參攷價值。

Titanium alloy has large resistance to cold plastic deformation. Residual stress will emerge after cold deformtion. The paper introduces the investigation of measurement of residual stress for titanium alloy(Ti6A14V) tube with small caliber by X-ray diffraction and layer removal technique. The titanium alloy tube made by cold radial forging with inner diameter 4,20 mm and external diameter 4,40 mm was machined to 4,25,4,24,4,23 mm for external diameter. The axial and circumferen cial residual stresses on the external surface were measured to 4,40,4,25,4,24,4,23mm for external diameter separately. The resuits show that the residual stresses on the 4,40 mm are mainly tensile stresses, the residual stresses on the other diameters are compressive stresses. The results provide a valuable insight into the process and provide a useful tool for better design of this kind of process and product.
