目的 了解五年制临床医学专业学生对临床实践教学导师制的满意度,为将导师制落到实处提供参考.方法 自制调查问卷对中山大学附属第一医院2005级临床医学专业五年制本科实习生113人进行调查,并对调查结果进行分析.结果 85.8%的实习生对临床实践教学表示满意.92.9%的实习生认为临床实践教学实行导师制很有必要;86.7%的实习生认为导师的指导对他们有帮助;实习生认为导师制在实施过程中存在一些问题.结论 实习生对临床实践教学总体感到满意,大部分学生与临床教师均认为实践教学实施导师制很有必要的,但实习生对临床实践教学导师制的模式满意度不高,未取得预想的成效.

Objective To survey the undergraduates' satisfaction on the adoption of the tutorial system in practical teaching of clinical medicine,whose majors were clinical medicine from the five-year system,which could be a reference for the further operation of this tutorial system.Methods Questionnaires were made to survey 113 interns of grade 2005 from the First Affiliated Hospital of Sun Yat-sen University,who majored in clinical medicine from the five-year system,and the data were analyzed.Results 85.8% of the 113 interns were satisfied with the pratical teaching of clinical medicine; 92.9% of them considered it necessary to adopt the tutorial system in practical teaching of clinical medicine; 86.7% of them considered the instructions from their tutors were helpful; all of them thought that certain problems existed in the operation of the tutorial system.Conclusions Interns of grade 2005 from the First Affiliated Hospital of Sun Yat-sen University,who majored in clinical medicine from the five-year system,felt satisfied with the pratical teaching of clinical medicine in general.Most of them as well as their teachers considered it necessary to adopt the tutorial system in practical teaching of clinical medicine.However,the tutorial system mode of clinical teaching could not get high satisfactions from the interns,which shows that we have not yet achieve the expected effect.
